Bottle packs: twelve or twenty-four, up-and-down
Bottles are usually moved by the case, and a case of glass is the hardest load a fiber pack has to carry. The standard answer is a two-plate set: an upper and a lower tray, each with one moulded pocket per bottle, stacked so each bottle is held top and bottom.
Configurations we tool:
- 12-bottle sets - the common case format, with the load carried on the bottle shoulder rather than on the closure.
- 24-bottle sets - a deeper plate pattern for pallet and container movement, where crush resistance matters more than presentation.
- Mixed-diameter plates where a case carries different bottle formats, with the pocket count and pitch set per slot.
- Custom counts from a single bottle for parcel shipping up to thirty-plus for bulk pallets.
Because the plates are moulded, the pitch is designed backwards from the case dimensions, so a full case loads square and palletises without gaps. Material can be recycled kraft for transport work or bagasse white where the pack is also the display, and the plates take direct print for handling marks.

Q: Is molded fiber packaging safe for direct food contact?
A: Yes. Our food-grade molded fiber trays are produced from virgin plant fiber and comply with food-contact requirements. Please tell us your destination market when requesting a quotation, and we will confirm the applicable compliance documents (for example FDA or EU 1935/2004).
Q: Are your molded fiber food trays PFAS-free?
A: Yes. We offer PFAS-free, plastic-free molded fiber trays with water and oil resistance achieved through fiber selection and forming process, rather than fluorochemical coatings.
Q: Can you produce trays in custom shapes and compartment layouts?
A: Yes. We custom-mold trays to your product dimensions and required compartment layout, based on your 3D drawing or physical sample. Samples are provided for approval before mass production.
