Machine producer has developed an innovative and highly competitive fully automatic production line for manufacturing paper cup lids using molded pulp (fiber) technology. This production line eliminates the need for any secondary processing as it enables one-time forming of both cold and hot drink cup lids with inverted buckles.

The cold and hot drink paper cup lid with inverted buckle has received national patent approval due to its excellent lock effect on paper cups. Additionally, this product is environmentally friendly and biodegradable, making it an ideal alternative to traditional plastic cup lids that pose a threat to the environment.

Machine producer has also obtained a patent for a molded fiber cup lid with an inner convex ring that acts as an inverted buckle. This product is made from plant fiber using a molding method and is designed to be disposable and biodegradable. Molded fiber cup lids can be round, square or come in various other shapes.

Traditional plastic cup lids do not degrade and can cause environmental pollution. Therefore, molded fiber cup lids are needed to replace plastic cup lids. The production process of molded fiber cup lids involves using plant fiber in the suck-filter forming molds to create wet semifinished products. The wet semifinished products are then heated to a certain temperature in the heating molds and clamped in hot pressure molds to dry and create molded fiber cup lids of various shapes. During the hot pressure forming process, the wet blank of the cup lid directly squeezes inward to create the inner convex ring or inverted buckle.

The inner convex ring of the cup lid is designed to barb the lid on the ring rim of the cup, thereby playing the role of an inverted buckle. The paper cup's mouth edge is a ring structure, and the cup lid requires an arc ring to come in close contact with the ring mouth edge of the paper cup to prevent liquid outflow. The inner convex ring of the cup lid prevents the cup lid from falling off when the cup falls and helps to maintain a tight seal.

The technical scheme for a cup lid with an internal convex ring involves positioning the inner convex ring on the inner side of the cup lid with a smooth surface on the outer side of the cup lid. The inner convex ring can jam the paper cup's ring mouth edge to prevent it from slipping out of the curved groove of the cup lid. This design ensures the smooth outer surface of the cup lid while providing an effective seal and reducing the production link of molded fiber cup lids.

In conclusion, the molded fiber cup lid with an inner convex ring provides numerous benefits, including a good sealing effect and preventing shedding, while reducing the production link of molded fiber cup lids. This design also ensures that the appearance of molded fiber cup lids is not damaged and provides convenience for automatic production.
