Medical device packaging has to survive two different journeys: the logistics chain that gets it to the hospital, and the regulatory chain that proves it stayed sterile. HESHENG (CSL) molds fiber trays and cradles for diagnostic kits, surgical instrument sets, syringe and catheter assemblies, and single-use device cartons - designed as the physical protection layer that sits inside your validated sterile barrier system.

What we build for medical programs:

• Instrument cradles with individual cavities that hold each component in a fixed orientation, so nurses open a kit and see the procedure sequence rather than a pile of parts.
• Vial and ampoule trays with snug-fit cavities sized to glass tolerances, plus finger relief so nothing has to be pried out.
• Diagnostic kit inserts that carry swabs, tubes and reagent bottles in a readable layout with printed cavity numbering on request.
• Device end caps and corner blocks for monitors, pumps and analyzers that ship in returnable cases.

Because fiber is formed in a wet process and hot-pressed to a smooth wall, the finished tray is dust-free and lint-free on the product-contact side - important when the insert will be handled inside a controlled environment. Fiber also tolerates the temperature swings of transport and cold storage without becoming brittle, and it does not carry a static charge the way foam does.

We engineer each tray against your product mass, center of gravity and the drop height your procedure documentation specifies, and we release fitment samples before tooling goes into mass production. MOQ is 10,000 pieces per design; tooling takes 7–15 days and production runs 15–25 days after sample approval.
