Upright trays for lipstick and lip gloss

Lip colour is sold in multiples. A tray that lets tubes lie down turns a colour range into a pile; a tray that stands them up turns it into a display. The difference is the pocket geometry and nothing else.

We form upright pockets indexed at the spacing your carton already uses, so the tray replaces an existing moulded plastic or thermoformed insert without a box redesign:

• Upright pockets at 12, 24 or 36 positions on a standard tray footprint, sized to the tube base diameter.
• Shade-facing alignment - every tube indexed the same way, so the colour end or the shade label faces the opening.
• Mixed pocket sizes for ranges that combine slim gloss tubes with full-size lipsticks.
• Light walls between pockets, keeping the tray thin so the carton does not have to grow.

Dry-pressed fibre is usually the right call here: it is the stiffer, lower-cost process, and a lipstick tray does not need a glossy face because it lives inside the box. We will flag it if your box opens to display the tray, because that is the case where wet-pressed earns its cost.
