PulPac demonstrates efficiency, expands product and barrier portfolio - enabling the network to offer a limited run of production lines with expedited delivery, with production guarantees.
Beat efficiency records on the line of demonstrators and expand the product portfolio. Innovative Swedish packaging company PulPac and its network of partners are ready to offer production guarantees, including a limited batch of ready-to-order production lines with six-month expedited delivery.
PulPac reports multiple breakthroughs within its partner network and through its dry-molded fiber technology platform. In recent multi-shift production for one of its licensees, PulPac achieved 85% equipment efficiency with its first-generation Modula pilot line at its technology center in Sweden.

Working with recommended EU turnkey partner TechTribe, PulPac provided expedited delivery for a limited batch of validated production lines. These production lines are ready to order in May and can be shipped within six months, allowing customers to expand their sustainable packaging journey quickly and with guarantees.
PulPac's patented dry-molded fiber technology is a revolutionary manufacturing process for transforming renewable pulp into high-performance packaging materials with less climate impact than wet molding and plastic converting. The products are fully biodegradable, recyclable and compostable, which is what packaging producers need to meet the sustainability challenges they face.
At the same time, PulPac's Highway program team confirms an expanded portfolio of validated, production-ready dry-molded fiber products. The Highway program now includes complete cutlery sets with multiple hot and cold food barrier solutions and complementary trays with new crockery designs, including a ≥45mm deep salad bowl. Revolutionary coffee lid solution added with another barrier completes the portfolio with a cost-effective and scalable alternative to traditional single-use plastic lids, reducing the environmental impact of the beverage industry, with over one hundred billion lids consumed every year. These achievements collectively enable PulPac and its network of partners to now offer production guarantees under the road program.
