Good shockproof, waterproof, dustproof, heat and heat insulation properties, so let's understand the difference between environmental protection paper trays.

Our main paper tray products are divided into: dry pressed paper trays and wet pressed paper trays. Then the main products of dry pressed paper trays are cosmetics products paper trays, electric toothbrush paper trays, yellow fruit box paper trays, yellow toothbrush paper trays, TV accessories paper trays, storage boxes, yellow router paper trays and battery turnover paper trays, etc. . Then the main products of wet pressed paper trays are children's toy paper trays, electronic product paper trays, airplane wing paper trays, auto parts paper trays, small airplane paper trays, socket paper trays, massage chair paper trays, and so on. In fact, we can see the difference between the two from the main products.

(1) Dry pressed paper tray: it is the kind of egg tray seen in ordinary supermarkets. The raw materials are waste newspapers and waste paper pulp. The color is dark yellow. It is not environmentally friendly, not to mention hygienic, but the mold price and unit price will be slightly lower point. After the product is formed, it needs to be dried in the sun, so it is called dry pressing, and the production of the product is affected by the weather.

(2) Wet press paper tray: The material is bagasse, the product is environmentally friendly, and can reach the level of food use, and the appearance is beautiful. Generally, it is aimed at some high-end or brand products, but the mold price and product unit price will be higher. After the product is formed, when the product is still wet, it is directly hot pressed at high temperature, and the product comes out, so it is called wet pressing, and the production of the product is not affected by the weather.
