The wet press paper support is relative to the above dry press paper support. The following are the characteristics:

  1. Product appearance: high smoothness, the paper support is molded by the upper and lower molds, and the inside and outside can be smooth, not rough, and lint-free;

  2. Product precision: Due to the particularity of the equipment, the mold is processed by CNC center, with rounded corners up to R2, with high precision, which can fit every angle of the product, like a close-fitting underwear to protect the product;

  3, not easy to deform: through the equipment's mold drying process, the wet press paper tray produced contains 1% of water, so it will not be deformed due to moisture weathering when stored in nature;

  4. Raw materials: raw wood (paper) pulp, sugarcane pulp, newsprint, black cardboard, etc. are used as raw materials for production. There are pure white, milky white, gray, black and other colors for you to choose, all of which are environmentally friendly materials;

  5. Scope of application: Wet press paper trays are suitable for some high-end, lightweight, delicate and electronic products that are dedicated to increasing the added value of the product. The company currently supplies paper trays for mobile phones, MP3s, digital cameras, set-top boxes, repeaters and small medical devices.
