It is necessary for paper support products to ensure that the packaged items have a fixed orientation in the packaging box. It is required that the shape of the paper support products and the packaged items are synchronized, the contact is appropriate, and the size is accurate. The second is buffer requirements. The whole paper holder must have a certain degree of resistance and flexibility, and the surface should also be somewhat soft. When it comes into contact with the packaged item, it cannot damage the surface gloss of the packaged item, and can eliminate the impact of the packaged item when it is bumped and oscillated during transfer. The third is bearing. The product is required to have a certain strength and rigidity to support the packaged object and withstand external pressure. In order to meet the above functional requirements of the product, in addition to selecting the appropriate raw materials, additives and production processes, the more important thing is the structural planning.

The cavity can increase the overall elasticity and flexibility of the product. Ribs can add strength and rigidity to the product. In a relatively large plane, when the bearing capacity requirements are high, it can be designed into a corrugated or honeycomb shape.
(2) Technological structure:
Because the paper tray molding product is a wet paper blank in the early stage of forming, in the production process, the water is gradually separated, and the shape, orientation and size of the product will change greatly. The total shrinkage of the paper support is different, and the paper support will warp or change deformation.
