Separation ribs for glass dropper bottles

Glass on glass is the failure mode that matters for aromatherapy and essential oil sets. A dropper bottle will survive a drop from a shelf; two of them tapping each other through a courier network for a week will not, especially at the neck, which is where they are thinnest.

The fix is structural: a formed rib between every pair of bottles, tall enough to matter and wide enough that even two bottles at opposite tolerance limits cannot close the gap:

• Full-height separation ribs between all adjacent positions - not a shared pocket with a divider at the base only.
• Reinforced base pads under each bottle, so impact load goes into the tray floor rather than the bottle wall.
• Neck-height support for tall 15 ml euro-droppers, which are the least stable size in this category.
• E-commerce configuration with a deeper tray wall and a snug lid, for direct-to-consumer sets.

If your set includes a rollerball or a small sprayer that can be laid flat, we will usually form a pocket for it on its side: it lowers the box height and removes one more upright object to protect.
