PFAS-free containers with a lid that actually stays on

PFAS-free is now a procurement requirement rather than a preference in most food-service markets. The hard part is not removing the chemistry - it is doing it without losing the lid fit and the heat performance the operator depends on.

This container line is specified PFAS-free throughout: base and lid, no fluorinated grease barrier. What the design does instead:

• Positive lid engagement - a moulded rim and recess pair that clicks on and stays on through a delivery run, and still lifts off by hand.
• Venting for steam built into the lid where the dish is hot and wet, so the container does not sweat and soften from the inside.
• Rigid pressed walls that keep the base flat when it is filled and carried, which is what stops a lid from popping loose.
• Stackable profile for counter storage and bag transport, loaded and empty.

Formats cover the standard round, rectangular and compartmented bases, with a matching lid for each. The material is fiber throughout, so the whole container goes into the organic or paper stream without separating a coating from a base.
