Pulp trays that replace foam corners

Foam corners are the cheapest way to protect a device and the most expensive way to present one. They are glued or fitted by hand, they cannot hold a cable, and they tell a customer that the packaging was an afterthought.

A moulded pulp tray does the protective job and the layout job in one moulding. We press trays that carry a device in a formed cavity and its accessories in adjacent pockets, so the pack is assembled in one movement at the line:

• Device cavities formed to the product outline, with support at the rigid parts of the housing.
• Accessory pockets for a charger, a cable and a manual, sized so nothing travels loose.
• Nested pairs for heavier products - a top tray and a base tray that interlock and share the carton load.
• Stackable empty trays, so your packing area holds a day's trays in a small footprint.

Pulp also removes a materials conversation: one recyclable component replaces foam blocks, a plastic bag and a printed card, which usually simplifies the waste-labelling requirement as well.
