Ceramic protection built around the thin section
Every ceramic item has one section that fails first: the rim of a plate, the foot of a bowl, the handle of a mug, the neck of a vase. Protection is really the job of keeping that section out of the load path.
We design ceramic trays with that section identified first, then mould the cavity around it.
- Rim-clear cavities for plates and platters, so the pack holds the body and never presses on the edge.
- Foot-support seats that carry the weight through the base, where ceramic is thickest.
- Individual pockets in a set tray, with a moulded wall between pieces instead of a loose card divider.
- Non-marking contact faces from the wet press, protecting glaze, gilding and printed backstamps.
Trays are available dry pressed for economical high-volume tableware and wet pressed for retail sets and gift boxes, in a natural tone or a bright white, with the brand applied by print or hot stamp directly on the fiber. A single moulded tray commonly replaces a foam shell, a card platform and a plastic bag.

Q: What is the production lead time?
A: Lead time is generally 15-25 days after sample approval, depending on order quantity and technical difficulty. The exact schedule is confirmed together with your order.
Q: Is molded fiber packaging safe for direct food contact?
A: Yes. Our food-grade molded fiber trays are produced from virgin plant fiber and comply with food-contact requirements. Please tell us your destination market when requesting a quotation, and we will confirm the applicable compliance documents (for example FDA or EU 1935/2004).
Q: Are your molded fiber food trays PFAS-free?
A: Yes. We offer PFAS-free, plastic-free molded fiber trays with water and oil resistance achieved through fiber selection and forming process, rather than fluorochemical coatings.
Q: Can you produce trays in custom shapes and compartment layouts?
A: Yes. We custom-mold trays to your product dimensions and required compartment layout, based on your 3D drawing or physical sample. Samples are provided for approval before mass production.
