ITA Holding, a technology alliance in Italy, has acquired Sadas Srl, a Lucca-based company specializing in system integration, automation solutions, and electrification for industrial plants. This acquisition is part of ITA's broader strategic development plan, which has recently seen the inclusion of other companies involved in industrial automation, software development, and process digitization.
Founded in 2005, Sadas Srl's main objective was to make skills and know-how available to companies in the Paper & Tissue sector. With its growth, the company has expanded its reference market, reaching other product sectors such as food & beverage, energy, chemical, nautical, and manufacturing in general.
Mauro Celli, shareholder of ITA Holding, commented on the acquisition, stating that Sadas is a prime example of a district company with strong digital-industrial know-how that has been able to grow through innovation. He added that the partnership is based on shared values, particularly the desire to renew and improve themselves in order to better face the challenges of the global and international market.
