What is "paper support", what is "pulp molding", and what is the difference between the two?

Pulp molding (commonly known as paper support), referred to as PMP, is based on waste newspapers, recycled carton paper, paper tube paper tube, pure wood pulp, etc. as raw materials, and is mixed into a certain concentration of slurry through pulping and pulping processes. The slurry is vacuum-adsorbed on a special mold to form a semi-finished product of wet green pulp, which is then dried, hot-pressed and shaped to form various lining environmentally friendly packaging products. "Pulp molding" is a scientific name, and "paper support" is a common name. The paper pallet is first broken by corrugated paper, bagasse and fiber, mixed together and added with a neutral wet glue agent and stirred evenly for about 40 minutes. Why should a neutral wet glue agent be added? It plays a role in preventing penetration and enhancing the hardness of the paper pallet. Then to the forming mold, that is, the water film, the pulp is sucked and formed by the vacuum pump of the pulping process. This process is about 40 seconds for Shaanxi pulp molding production, and then the hot pressing mold. The high temperature hot pressing time is controlled at about 2 minutes. The hot pressing temperature is controlled between 200 degrees, and the paper tray is trimmed in the next process

Paper trays can be divided into three categories: industrial paper trays, agricultural paper trays and food paper trays.

1. Industrial paper tray: Mainly used in lining packaging of home appliances, medical equipment, electrified materials, and lighting.

2. Agricultural paper support: mainly used for fruits, poultry eggs, agricultural nutrition bowls, etc.

3. Food paper tray: mainly used in food bowls, pots, supermarket food trays, etc.
