With the popularization of disinfection and sterilization, various problems of paper-plastic packaging bags have begun to appear. Among them, the common problem is the air leakage problem of paper-plastic packaging bags. Air leakage of paper-plastic packaging means that the function of isolating bacteria is ineffective, and it also means that the Therefore, how to effectively identify whether the sterilized paper-plastic packaging bag leaks is very important. At the same time, in the process of clinical use, we often find that the items that have been sterilized are shrunk when they are stored, which gives the impression that their airtightness has been destroyed. Can this type of packaging bag really not be ventilated? Is it really impossible to use it when you pinch it?

The paper-plastic packaging uses breathable paper, so it is indeed breathable, but it can block microorganisms. This is in line with the assumption of Article 2 of Shiqiao Moderator. At present, our technology can meet this requirement, but this ventilation is different from our usual understanding. It's a little different for the following reasons:

1. The aperture of the breathable paper used in paper-plastic packaging is generally 0.4um, which can be breathable, but it cannot be felt by hand.

2. The scenario assumed by the moderator of Shiqiao: Due to the small diameter of the scalp needle, the diameter of the scalp needle is roughly between 200-600um, but it is significantly larger than the normal pore size of the breathable paper and is also significantly larger than the size of ordinary microorganisms, and its function of isolating microorganisms It has indeed been destroyed.

3. However, the air flows in the aperture of 200-600um. We can feel it by pinching it with our hands, but we still cannot feel any obvious air leakage.

4. Therefore, there is currently no simple clinical identification method for the inspection after the packaging barrier damaged by the pinhole.

5. If the inspection is for inspection, some other methods can be used, such as the instrument method can use the leak strength tester, the experimental method can use the dye liquid penetration observation method, etc. The latter is used by immersing the punctured package sample in a dye solution and observing that the pinhole will show a darker spot. However, these methods are not suitable for clinical examination.
