Pulp molding, in addition to making lunch boxes and tableware, more industry cushioning packaging develops very rapidly. It can be degraded naturally without polluting the environment. So, what is the composition of the pulp molded packaging product production line
1. Pulp system
The pulping system refers to the process from paper to pulp. Through the processes of soaking, crushing, stirring, pulping, etc., the raw materials that can be used for pulp and pulp molding are various waste paper, newspapers, magazines, and various paper products.
2. Molding system
The molding system passes through the main machine-pulp molding equipment, and then with the assistance of the positive and negative pressure system, the pulp is evenly distributed on the mold, and then transferred to the drying system through the transfer mold.
3. Drying system
The drying system is a closed system with a conveyor belt. The wet products are conveyed to the conveyor belt through the conveying mold, and are molded into finished pulp after drying. The drying system can be heated by burning coal, wood, natural gas or electricity to achieve the purpose of drying. Drying can be divided into steel trunk roads and civil trunk roads.
4. Packaging system
Pack the finished egg tray to the baler, and the pulp molding can determine the packaging quantity and size according to your own requirements.
5. Positive and negative pressure system
Pulp molding provides positive and negative pressure for main machine molding and semi-finished product transfer.
