Pulp molding is a three-dimensional papermaking technology. A paper product of a certain shape is molded through a special mold on the molding machine. Its raw materials are waste paper, waste carton paper, waste white edge paper, etc., which not only deal with environmental pollution, but also bring benefits. The production process is completed by pulping, forming, drying and shaping, etc., which is harmless to the environment; it can be overlapped, and the transportation is convenient. Pulp molding is not only used for lunch boxes and tableware, but also for industrial cushioning packaging, and its development is very rapid. It can be degraded naturally and does not pollute the environment. So what is the composition of the pulp molded package product production line?
What is the composition of the pulp molded package product production line:
1. Pulp system
The pulping system refers to the process from paper to pulp, through the process of soaking, breaking, stirring, and mixing to achieve usable pulp. The raw materials are all kinds of waste paper, newspapers, magazines, various paper products, etc.
2. Molding system
The molding system passes through our main machine-pulp molding equipment, and then is assisted by a positive and negative pressure system to make the pulp evenly distributed on the mold, and then transferred to the drying system through the transfer mold.
3. Drying system
The drying system is a closed system with a conveyor belt inside. The wet products are transferred to the conveyor belt through the transfer mold, and dried to make finished products. The drying system can be heated by burning coal, wood, natural gas or electricity to achieve the purpose of drying. Drying can be divided into civil drying tunnel and steel structure drying tunnel.
4. Packing system
The finished egg tray is packed by the packing machine, and the quantity and size of the packing can be determined according to your own requirements.
5. Positive and negative pressure system
Provide positive and negative pressure for main machine forming and transferring semi-finished products.
