Insert trays that keep cream jars upright

Cream jars are wide, dense and top-heavy. Loaded at an angle in a carton, they lean, then settle, then arrive with product pressed into the lid thread. The tray is the only part of the pack that can prevent that.

We size each cavity to the jar's widest diameter and its base ring, so the jar is held by geometry rather than by friction alone:

• Upright cavities with a shoulder step that stops the jar rocking in a carton that gets set down hard.
• Shared footprints: a tray designed to a 100 ml jar diameter can carry 50 ml jars with a reducing ring, avoiding a second tool if volumes change.
• Label orientation - jars index in one direction so the artwork faces the same way in every box.
• Airflow gaps between cavities, useful if filled jars are packed before the product has fully cooled.

Dry-pressed trays suit cream sets that ship inside a folding carton; wet-pressed trays give the smoother face for sets presented open. If your jar supplier drills between two diameters across a product family, tell us upfront and we will design the larger cavity with an insert ring from the start.
