The fragility value of ceramic vase is very small, and it is easy to break during transportation and circulation. Therefore, its packaging is a big problem for enterprises in general. Nowadays, everyone advocates environmental protection, and the same is true for the packaging of ceramic vases.
Now take a small ceramic vase as an example to design environmentally friendly paper tray buffer packaging. The specific procedure can be divided into six major steps:
1. First analyze the allowable fragility value of ceramic vases, the basic parameters such as the shape, size, weight, and volume of small vases.
2. Analyze the environmental conditions of the ceramic small vase in the circulation process, such as transportation status, equivalent drop height, etc.
3. Confirm the buffer material through the above parameters and design concept.
4. After the cushioning material is selected, the structural design is also an important part of the packaging design to save materials and achieve ideal shock absorption.
5. Calculate the thickness of the liner according to the packaging material, area and drop height. The structure of the cushioning liner should be designed according to the shape of the product, so different irregular shapes will appear. At this time, the equivalent area theory should be used to calculate the size of the cushioning packaging liner.
6. According to the above results, check the shockproof packaging and carry out the drop test.
The packaging of environmentally friendly paper support materials is designed in strict accordance with the buffer packaging steps when traditional packaging is carried out, so as to avoid excessive packaging and waste of resources and improper packaging to damage the contents.
