①Size and wall thickness: The most basic requirement for the design of the paper support structure is to ensure close contact with the packaged objects and prevent the packaged objects from moving in the circulation process, so the size must be compact in the design of the paper support packaging structure , and then consider the subsequent buffering and shock-proofing issues on this basis. The wall thickness is an important factor affecting the strength of the paper support, and the wall thickness should be reduced as much as possible under the premise of meeting the strength of the paper support.

②Demoulding slope: During the paper tray packaging forming process, the wet paper mold is closely attached to the screen mold and the paper fiber is embedded in the mesh of the screen mold. In order to facilitate the transfer of the wet paper mold, the direction of the mold release The surface of the parallel paper support should have a reasonable demoulding slope. The larger the inclination, the more convenient the demoulding is, and the smaller the inclination, the more difficult it is to demould, and the surface of the paper holder will be scratched or broken. Excessive slope will reduce the dimensional accuracy of the paper support, and also affect the bearing capacity and elastic recovery force of the paper support. At present, the general demoulding slope is 3°--6°.

③Transition arc: In the design of the paper support structure, the corners of the inner and outer surfaces of the paper support, the connection between the vertical rib and the main body, and the terminal of the vertical rib must be transitioned with arcs to avoid straight edges and right angles. The arc transition of the paper tray package is conducive to the manufacture of the mold and the attachment of the mesh, to the demoulding during the transfer of the wet paper mold, to the flow of the pulp liquid material during adsorption and molding, and to avoid the package damage caused by stress concentration. The radius of the transition arc can be determined according to the specific product and paper material properties and the special requirements of packaging, generally 2--5mm.
