In the production process of paper pallets, about 3.5-4.5 kg of water must be removed for every kilogram of finished paper pallets through a drying process. Water exists between the surface of the fiber and the pores of the fiber capillary. Paper tray products used for product inner packaging usually need good dynamic cushioning properties, and the moisture in them cannot be completely removed by mechanical pressing, but needs to be removed by drying. Therefore, compared with the conventional drying process of paper, the dry strength of pulp molded products is very high.
On the one hand, hot air acts as a heat source to provide energy for removing moisture; on the other hand, it acts as a moisture carrier to take away the evaporating moisture. The removal of moisture in the wet paper clip depends on the internal and external diffusion of moisture.
The so-called internal diffusion refers to the process of moisture migration from the inner surface to the outer surface in the wet paper holder, while the external diffusion refers to the process of moisture being taken away after evaporating from its surface. The drying speed of the paper tray depends on the speed of water diffusion inside and outside and the balance between the two. Reasonable process conditions should be formulated around the above two aspects and the drying characteristics of paper pallet products.
