Molded pulp tray, also known as pulp molding, is made of Kraft Pulp, Newspaper, Virgin Pulp, etc. as raw materials, which are pulverized and blended to a certain concentration. The slurry is formed on a customized CNC tooling according to the product design, vacuum-adsorbed and molded (Forming process), and then dried to form environmentally friendly paper products of different types and uses.

It has good shock-proof, anti-shock, anti-static and anti-corrosion effects, and has no pollution to the environment. It is more conducive to the export of manufacturers' products. It is widely used in electronics, electrical appliances, computers, mechanical parts, industrial instruments, handicraft glass, ceramics , Toys, pharmaceuticals and other industries.

Paper trays can be divided into four categories: food trays (Food), medical products (Medical), industrial trays (Industry), and agricultural paper trays (Farm).

1. Paper tray for food

Mainly used in food bowls, pots, supermarket food trays.

2. Medical paper tray

It is mainly used in hospitals and front-line disposable medical products, such as paper urinals, paper bedpans, etc. Compared with plastic and stainless steel products, it can be shredded into paper fibers and discharged into the sewage system of the hospital at one time, which can absolutely avoid cross-germ contamination.

3. Industrial paper tray

Mainly used in the inner packaging of large and small household appliances, mechanical parts, electronic products, and lighting.

4. Agricultural paper support

Mainly used in fruit, poultry eggs, and agricultural nutrition bowls.

Environmental protection

Can be completely recycled and reused, no pollution

Will not decompose, a major source of pollution, developed countries such as Europe and the United States have explicitly banned its use

a cushioning

Eco-friendly paper tray: Contains fiber interweaving, forming a very good cushioning

Eco-friendly paper tray: The body has high hardness, and it needs to rely on the cushion hole to create cushioning

b Adsorption

Eco-friendly paper tray: use the suspension method to produce excellent absorbent protection products

 Non-environmental protection paper tray: general

c Volume, storage

Eco-friendly paper tray: small, can be stacked for storage, reducing storage space by 1/2

 Non-environmentally friendly paper tray: bulky

d price

Eco-friendly paper tray: cheap

Non-environmentally friendly paper trays: cheaper, slightly more expensive than paper trays

e risk

Eco-friendly paper tray: not spontaneously combustible

Non-environmental protection paper tray: flammable and dangerous goods

f toxicity

Environmental protection paper tray: completely non-toxic burning

Non-environmental paper tray: Toxic

g moisture-proof

Eco-friendly paper tray: can absorb excess water

Non-environmental protection paper tray: not moisture-proof

h image

Eco-friendly paper tray: Greatly enhance the company's product image, keep up with international trends, and facilitate brand promotion

Non-environmental protection paper tray: only has packaging protection function

i Export

Eco-friendly paper tray: Eco-friendly packaging, unlimited export

Non-environmental protection paper trays: restrict exports and charge expensive environmental protection fees

The above are only partial performance comparisons. In fact, paper tray packaging has many advantages compared to foam packaging. With the improvement of global environmental protection awareness, it is an inevitable trend to replace foam packaging on a large scale.
