What are the characteristics of paper molds? Pulp molding is no stranger to everyone now. In fact, pulp molding is a process in which waste paper, scrap or finished pulp is broken into pulp, and then molded into a product with a mold through vacuum adsorption, which is called a paper mold for short. Now let the egg tray machine manufacturer introduce to you. Pulp molding is usually divided into two categories: egg trays, bottle holders, fruit trays and other daily necessities produced from finished pulp as raw materials; industries that use waste paper as raw materials to produce packaging, liners, and filling materials to replace white foam Supplies.

     1. Paper mold products have the following characteristics

    (1) The raw material of the paper mold packaging products is waste paper, which will not cause obstacles to the environment and recycling, and is beneficial to the export of the manufacturer's products.

    (2) Paper mold packaging products have a wide range of applications. With the advancement of paper mold technology, products that use foam as lining packaging can basically be replaced by paper molds.

    (3) Low overall cost. The process of paper mold is simpler than that of foamed plastic, the production time and cycle are shorter, and the energy consumption and raw material cost are low.

    (4) Paper mold products can be stacked and stored, reducing transportation and storage costs. The earliest egg trays of paper mold products have developed to thousands of packaging varieties, and the lack of equipment and technology has shown strong vitality.

     2. New features of green packaging paper

With the rapid development of science and technology and people's increasing attention to environmental protection, packaging paper is becoming more functional.

    (1) Anti-corrosion. Activated carbon manufacturing

    (2) Anti-bacterial. Sterile gas is injected when natural pulp is made. This kind of paper has the function of preventing the invasion of bacteria and can be used for packaging of medical devices.

    (3) Anti-oxidation. Paper made with weak alkali beating can protect calligraphy, paintings and books from corrosion in an acidic environment.

    (4) Heat resistance. The cardboard made of specially treated pulp has good heat resistance and water vapor absorption performance, and can be used as a microwave food packaging box.

    (5) Fire resistance. Paper made by mixing aluminum hydroxide and natural pulp, or paper made by mixing phosphorylated pulp and glass fiber, has good flame resistance.

    (6) Acid resistance. The paper made by mixing special pulp and additives has excellent shading and acid resistance.

Pulp molding is also becoming more and more popular now, which is environmentally friendly and reduces environmental pollution.
