(1) Appearance: The appearance of the paper egg tray should meet the following requirements:
① The paper tray and egg tray should be round, without obvious defects such as out-of-round, concave, skewed, etc.
②The barrel is smooth without mechanical damage, no wrinkles, no glue opening, uniform paint coating, no leakage, no bubbles, and no obvious sagging.
③The round curling edge has no paper tongue.
④The barrel hoop is welded firmly and smoothly, without burn-through or false welding, and no obvious corrosion, peeling and cracking.
⑤The sealer is firmly connected and can be opened flexibly. The lid and the bottom of the barrel are well sealed after being closed.
⑥ The galvanized or painted barrel hoops and closures should be bright and not fall off.
⑦The printed pictures are clear and uniform, with firm adhesion and no ink run-off.
⑧The inside and outside of the paper tray is clean, without oil stains.
(2) Performance test: test items include vertical impact drop test, stacking test, shear resistance test, etc. The sample shall be pretreated for 4h at a temperature of 23±2℃ and a relative humidity of (50±5)% according to the provisions of GB4857.2, and the test shall be completed within 5min after being taken out.
①The vertical impact drop test method is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB4857.5-92, and the test height is 0.8m.
