Molded Fiber Packaging

Trays and boxes that start as sugarcane bagasse fibre and end as certified compostable packaging — the whole line, not one part.

A moisture-resistant molded pulp tray for electronics and watches, where the barrier layer matters more than the fibre's looks.

Unlike single-use plastic takeout boxes, this clamshell is molded from recycled fibre and breaks down with the food waste.

A clamshell that is fiber all the way through, hinge included — no plastic insert hidden inside a packaging described as sustainable.

Gift box liners that lift a cosmetic set out of the carton and hold every piece at its own depth, so nothing shifts in transit.

Wet-pressed molded fiber for the parts of a cosmetic set that need a smooth, precise fit — bottle liners, caps and applicators.

Molded fiber industrial packaging: low cost per unit, stable in storage, and recyclable wherever paper is collected.

Molded fiber packaging with the cavity cut to the consumer electronic product itself — a precise size and shape, not a shelf size.

Dry-pressed or wet-pressed moulded fibre, either way shaped to the cosmetic part — the choice is a finish and tolerance decision.

Cosmetics boxes made from moulded fibre, 100% recyclable, with the cavity shaped to the jar rather than to a standard insert size.

Molded pulp cradles for glass cosmetic bottles, moulded to the bottle profile so the glass never touches the carton wall.

Single-item cosmetic inserts for compacts, serum bottles and perfume flacons — custom cavities that stop the product rotating in the carton.
