INCA Packaging, an Italian manufacturer specializing in aluminium and primary plastic packaging for perfumes, cosmetics, and personal care products, unveiled its expanded range of sustainable aluminium solutions at PCD Milan from May 16 to 18, 2023.
Among the innovations showcased was the collaboration between INCA Packaging and Collistar for the Puro lipstick. The new packaging features a polypropylene base and cap, accompanied by a refillable aluminium mechanism. The refill can be replaced indefinitely, resulting in a plastic reduction of over 50%.
Highlighting the versatility of aluminium, INCA Packaging presented an updated version of its eco-designed luxury travel spray, initially introduced at Paris Packaging Week. The refillable packaging combines 100% recyclable aluminium with a glass bottle, providing a secure and convenient solution for people on-the-go. The extensive customization options, such as hot foil stamping, pad printing, screen printing, and engraving, allow for the creation of unique items.
Building upon the success of the travel spray, INCA Packaging expanded its range to include a lipstick and a lid for cream containers, both crafted from aluminium. The lipstick features a 100% recyclable aluminium cap and base, paired with a plastic mechanism.
INCA Packaging also showcased its expertise in producing and decorating aluminium candle lids. Notably, they created an exclusive decoration with four color gradients on a dark background for the Accessories line of renowned Parisian brand Diptyque, drawing inspiration from ancient ceramics. Other prestigious brands like Maison Francis Kurkdjian, Etro, and Mirko Buffini have also entrusted INCA Packaging with their candle packaging needs.
Stefano Parodi, CEO of INCA Packaging, highlighted the company's capabilities in polishing, brushing, anodizing, and various decoration techniques such as screen printing, pad printing, hot stamping, and sublimation technology, offering an extensive range of colors and shapes.
