A: Yes. Being plant-fiber based and plastic-free, the packing is recyclable, compostable and biodegradable, and it helps replace single-use plastics in your supply chain.
Q: What material is the Molded Pulp Inserts made of?
A: It is molded from renewable plant fiber - recycled paper, sugarcane bagasse or bamboo pulp, selected per application. The material is plastic-free, recyclable and biodegradable.
Q: Can the Molded Pulp Inserts be customized to my product?
A: Yes. Cavity geometry, wall thickness and color can all be engineered to your product; send us a drawing or sample and we will return prototypes for approval.
Q: What is the MOQ and lead time for the Molded Pulp Inserts?
A: Our standard MOQ is 10,000 pieces per design. Tooling and samples take 7-15 days, and mass production is generally 15-25 days after sample approval. If your project requires a different quantity, contact us at info@csl-packaging.com and we will review the options with you.
